Job Placement for the Underprivileged

Sky is the Limit provides comprehensive job-placement support for underprivileged individuals in our communities who are facing financial hardship and barriers to employment. We identify individuals in need, help them assess their interests and skills, pay for vocational training, and connect them with local businesses.

Our Process:

  • Identify individuals in need of employment support
  • Assess interests and skills through one-on-one consultations
  • Provide vocational training (barbering, sheet rocking, painting, electrical work, plumbing, and other trades)
  • Connect participants with local businesses willing to hire program graduates
  • Offer job readiness support: resume help, interview preparation, and follow-up after placement

Impact:

This activity directly relieves poverty and distress by helping underprivileged individuals gain marketable skills and obtain stable employment. By moving individuals from financial hardship to self-sufficiency, the program advances our charitable purpose of assisting the underprivileged and improving the economic and social well-being of our community.
